This Privacy Policy describes how PayRisk AI (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website, application, and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Who we are

PayRisk AI is a software business and direct SaaS offering at payriskai.com. We help businesses manage customer records, payment workflows, and transactional communications such as email and SMS account notifications. Contact: info@payriskai.com.

3. Information we collect

• Account and authentication. Email address, password (hashed), session tokens, and similar security data.
• Business profile and templates. Company name, contact details, message templates, and related settings.
• Customer records. Data merchants enter about their customers (name, phone, amounts owed, due dates, notes) to use the Service.
• Billing. Payment processor metadata; we do not receive full payment card numbers.
• Technical and usage data. Logs such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and error reports.

4. How we use information

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Authenticate users and protect account security.
• Send service-related account emails (password reset, billing notices).
• Deliver transactional SMS and email account notifications initiated through the Service (invoice/balance reminders, due-date notices, overdue notices, and payment follow-ups).
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.

5. SMS and mobile messaging

PayRisk AI sends transactional account-notification SMS to end customers who have opted in. Messages identify PayRisk AI and may reference the merchant business name. Content is limited to payment and account-related notices — not marketing promotions.

• No sale or sharing of mobile contact data. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent records collected through the Service with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on account activity and reminder needs.
• Rates. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-in. End users opt in via a website or digital form with an unchecked-by-default consent checkbox. See SMS Opt-In / Call to Action.
• Opt-out and help. Reply STOP to opt out; reply HELP for help; or email info@payriskai.com.

When SMS is delivered, we use messaging providers such as Twilio, which process recipient phone numbers and message content as needed for delivery.

6. Merchants and end-users

If you are a merchant using PayRisk AI and enter customer information, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect that information and for confirming consent before SMS is sent. We process that information to provide the Service.

7. Retention

We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

8. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing. Contact info@payriskai.com. If you received an SMS and want to stop messages, reply STOP or contact the merchant named in the message.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
