SMS Opt-In / Call to Action

Public documentation for US A2P 10DLC campaign review · Last updated: July 17, 2026

PayRisk AI is a software business and direct SaaS offering at payriskai.com. PayRisk AI sends transactional account-notification SMS (invoice reminders, due-date notices, overdue balance notices, payment follow-ups) to end customers who have opted in. Messages are not marketing or promotional. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

PayRisk AI does not use a text-in keyword opt-in. End users consent on a website or digital form. Before any SMS is sent, the merchant confirms that consent in PayRisk AI.

1. Primary opt-in method — website / digital form

End users opt in on a website or digital form by providing a mobile number and checking an unchecked-by-default consent box. The customer can complete the form without checking the box; SMS is not enabled unless they actively opt in.

2. Platform enforcement (before any SMS is sent)

After consent is obtained, the merchant adds the phone number in PayRisk AI and checks an unchecked-by-default attestation box. SMS cannot be sent without this confirmation.

Below is an example of the merchant attestation step in the PayRisk AI platform (required before any SMS is sent).
